How to place an order

Once you are satisfied that the specification of the controller meets the requirements of the system to be regulated, you can place an order. To do this:

1.Ensure you are on the Project page showing the closed loop simulation. Click the “To Cart” button.

2.Before the order is placed in the cart, the chip type and quantity are required. You can also give a specific name to your product for ease of identification in the future. The parameters of the system and the price are shown for your review. Once you are satisfied, click the “To Cart” button. The product is then added into your shopping cart.

3.You can add as many projects as required into your shopping cart. By navigating to the cart, you can change the quantities of product or remove products as required. If you are ordering more than one product or want to modify a project, we recommend you register with us to ensure the work is kept available.

4.When you are ready to buy the contents of the shopping cart, please ensure your details including delivery address are entered and correct. For registered users, you can review your stored details and change them as required.

5.Once you have confirmed the currency and payment method, click the “Confirm Order” button. You will be sent a confirmation email.

6.Please access your confirmation email and click the validation link. Upon validation, you will be directed to the payment page. A 7-day period for your payment starts upon this confirmation. If you choose not to pay immediately, the payment page can be accessed from the email link or, if you are a registered user, through the “My Order” section of your user page.

7.You can choose to pay by bank transfer or online by credit or debit card.

8.Upon receipt of your payment we will initiate production of your product.

9.Once your product has been manufactured, we will inform you of the shipment details.
